Almost everything already known about a piece of ground sits in public record, scattered across a dozen federal databases that rarely speak to each other. GroundTruth assembles them. Flood maps, contamination history, wildfire exposure, wetlands, and protected land are pulled from the source, read by an analyst, and resolved into a single brief a buyer or lender can act on. The ground already holds the answer; the assembly only makes it legible.
