Plain prices, in plain sight.
If the work exists to take friction and guesswork out of a business, the cost of it should not be a mystery either. So the numbers are here, as part of the field guide rather than behind a call.
Field Assembly is one engagement, worked in three phases. Each has a plain price, and the whole thing is priced as work, not as hours.
Every project begins by understanding what is actually happening inside the business. It starts with one question, what’s driving you crazy?, and looks for where the work catches, why it catches, and what kind of assembly would genuinely make it easier. You leave with a written Assembly Reading that says all of this plainly, and it is yours to keep whether or not you go further. If you continue to a Custom Assembly within thirty days, the fee is credited toward it.
The build is a fixed fee, agreed before the work begins and set by the problem rather than by the hours or the number of tools. One assembly might include a website, a searchable knowledge library, AI assistants, automations, and custom interfaces; another needs only two or three carefully chosen materials. Most Custom Assemblies fall between $8,000 and $20,000, depending on what the work requires. The Reading is what makes a fixed price possible, because the scope is understood before anything is quoted.
Businesses change, and an assembly is meant to change with them. Field Support is an ongoing arrangement to refine, expand, and adapt the assembly as the work evolves. It is optional, and it stays available for as long as it is useful.

You own what gets built.
Every Custom Assembly belongs to the client. You own the accounts, the hosting, the data, and the whole environment. The work assembles capabilities around how you already operate and leaves you holding the result outright, free of proprietary software or a platform you would have to keep paying to stand on.
A note on the numbers.
Not long ago, a system built around a single business meant commissioning custom software, which put it out of reach for most. Today an environment can be assembled from proven technologies, which makes a purpose-built system practical for organizations that could never have justified bespoke software before.
The alternative is often another employee, another piece of software, or another year spent working around the problem. A Custom Assembly is usually a much smaller investment than any of those, and you own the result.
The work is priced, not the time. If a better way turns up that solves the problem in two hours where it might have taken twenty, the value to you has gone up, and the price should never punish that. A fixed fee keeps the attention on the outcome.
